Smashing through a web of deception reaching from the South China Sea to Vancouver and beyond, Mack Bolan ignites the battle zone against a Chinese Triad suspected of brokering stolen Russian nukes to buyers in Mideast terrorist circles. Barely surviving the blistering counterattack by the Triads or the well organized suck play orchestrated by a CIA double agent, Bolan strikes back hard against the Russian Mafiya who are peddling weapons of mass destruction, while raising the stakes for shadow players behind a global conspiracy. In a world where friend and foe cross the line at will, the Executioner trusts only his warrior's instinct....

More of the same like the first title of the trilogy but this time around the author seemed to get bogged down and I got the feeling he was filling space. The CIA rogue agent was a little predictable where it was obvious he was up to his armpits in what was going on. The female triad leader continues to be an annoyance and comes across as a wishy washy sort of character. Hope the finishing title is better than the first two.

In second book of this trilogy we have more action. What I liked quite lot about in this whole trilogy was that Mack was in communicating constantly with stonybase and adjusting his actions by information he recieved. Action in this whole trilogy is pretty smart.

In the review for the last book I said that I thought that the middle part of the book was a little slow. Not to worry here. Mack deals out death throughout this book and the author has Mack using a SigSaur p226 as well as his other regulars, the 93R and my own personal favorite the Desert Eagle 44 automag. If Mack was going to any other pistols other then the old reliables 93R and Desert Eagle I would like to see him use an H&K Mark 23. That would be cool. This book is a great read. A solid 9 stars.
