Tensions erupt between Pakistan and India after Pakistani soldiers are found massacred in an Indian village, along with the body of an American businessman who had no reason to be there. Phoenix Force must stop ongoing battles in the area, skirmishes led by two rogue generals. When Able Team investigates the mining company that employed the dead American, the men are attacked by a group of mercenaries. With relations between Pakistan and India hanging in the balance, the Stony Man teams are faced with daunting missions and the knowledge that failure could trigger a nuclear war.

Not too bad, but the story failed to grab me for some reason. Maybe because it was constant shooting and what there was of a story seemed sandwiched in. Phoenix Force are in the mountains of Kashmir, which is a great location for the story and driving around in two specialized APC's that never seem to run out of ammunition. The bad guys are a Pakistani general and an Indian general who have waves of cannon fodder soldiers for Phoenix to effortlessly shoot. Meanwhile in the USA Able Team discover rogue teams of Chinese cannon fodder soldiers who are lining up to be shot. Hidden in between all the carnage is a story of China trying to seize belerium from Kashmir by causing a nuclear war between Pakistan and India as a distraction. But that is sadly lost in the gunfire.
